I have been wanting to have a mommy makeover for about 20 years now. Today my dreams are coming true thanks to the amazing patient coordinator Isabel with Stockton Beautology. I came with a list of question (like 30) and she answered all of them before I even asked!! She explained everything in great detail. We discussed my options, my goals, and my expectations. She made me feel very comfortable and easy going. Completely took away the nerves of standing there vulnerable and naked lol Then came the numbers. I CRIED!!! It has always been so far out of reach being a single mother and trying not to feel guilty for investing so much money into myself. She relieved that guilt and came through with a magical number that literally brought me to tears. I couldn't book my appointment quick enough. She made all the difference. I am looking forward to meeting with my doctor next week and getting to a better, healthier and more fulfilled version of myself. Thank you Isabel for all of your help!!

Wow, great experience. I shopped around before committing to a MedSpa. Not only was the facility and staff evidently of highest caliber, but there prices were competitive. My consultation was with Robin, who immediately set me at ease, assessed my candidacy for IPL treatment, chemical treatment and fillers. Robin went over my entire health history, discussed my options and included pricing openly so I could make informed decisions about how to proceed. After making a plan, Robin introduced me to Kendall who manages payments and financing, and I experienced a hiccup with my bank/Visa account. I had my husband on the phone to the bank and cleared it up, but the in the interim Kendall assured me we could pay by check, and I felt zero pressure or friction over my initial declined charge. It was a shame free zone. In fact, the entire experience is shame free, which was my problem with even walking into Med-Spa in the first place. I was ashamed of my flaws. Well, we left that at the door. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and generous. Finally, I was scheduled for my first IPL treatment with Nurse Kiran! What an absolute gem of a healthcare provider! Kiran's bedside manner made me feel I had made the right choice. All the equipment was modern, clean, the entire facility is beautiful. Kiran, though, was thorough with respect for my health, candidacy for treatment, and explaining the whole process before and during the procedure. *Correction - Kendall is actually spelled KYNDALL. I apologize. Needless to say, I am very excited to continue treatments, and I am so glad I chose Beautologie!

Beautologie is an amazing place! The entire staff, in particular Robin, greeted me and made me feel very special, loved, and comfortable. They were knowledgeable, upbeat, professional, state of the art, experienced, and affordable. Robin showed me different options that are available for me, within my budget. I felt very welcomed and happy that I went there. I will definitely be going back and recommend Beautologie to my friends. We're lucky to have them in Bakersfield.‍

great experience! wanted to go bigger in the beginning and dr. explained the cons because of my petite size very informative super happy with how they’re looking only 4months post op. Rebecca is the best paramedical artist in town. She is highly skilled, professional, listens to your concerns and provides the best recommendations based on your own individual needs. I have referred friends that are looking for help camouflaging scars or who have had mastectomies. I personally appreciate what she has done for my blemishes that are a result of my autoimmune skin condition. Talk to her about your concerns. The office and staff members are wonderful too.

I have been a patient at Beautology for awhile now and I have to say the staff, from the girls at the front desk to the staff in the back and surgeons, are always so helpful. Robin is the coordinator and is awesome, she made sure that everything was in place for my next visit. She seriously just made everything so easy. Thank you Robin and staff for always making me feel at home.

Great customer service! I called and was assisted by Jera, who has exceptional people skills. She was able to schedule me for an appointment tomorrow afternoon. The booking process was very easy, and Jera's energy over the phone was exceptional. I called and asked to be seen as soon as possible, and she made it happen. I'm from the Bakersfield area, and it's not common for med spas to have good customer service. However, you can tell when you speak to someone over the phone who loves their job. Once again, thank you Jera.

I am very pleased with my results from a tummy tuck. My surgery was in June 2022. Dr. Knoetgen did an amazing job with not only my tummy tuck but also the breast augmentation I had done 2 years ago. Maribel is a wonderful nurse with a compassionate personality. She would message to check in on how I was doing and also when I would call with concerns she would take the time to call back on same day. I highly recommend Dr. Knoetgen;)

I met with Robin for a consultation. She was absolutely amazing and so informative and helpful. She answered all my questions and even opened my eyes to another aspect of personal health and wellness. Robin was able to explain all procedures and what to expect which eased my novice anxiety. She created a very reasonable treatment plan and provided information on various financing options if needed. Beautologie is a beautiful facility with amazing caring and beautiful staff!!
