I want to start off by say (Robin) was awesome! She answered all my questions and concerns. Her personality was so energetic and upbeat. She also had me thinking about doing a breast augmention, because her breast were really nice . I definitely will be coming back..( Robin )thank you for all your help..

I had a consultation today with Robin. She was so sweet, very welcoming and explained everything beautifully. She provided before and after pictures of her own laser removal as an example of what to expect with my treatment, she also briefly explained the healing process of after the first treatment session, and she thoroughly explained aftercare. She took the time to go through the individual payment plans they offer and discussed them thoroughly with me. she was also very flexible in scheduling my removal appointment by confirming my days and times of availability also carefully making sure my appointment would land on a day before my pay period came to a closing so payment wouldn’t be an issue the day of my appointment. she gave a wonderful experience and i’m looking forward to going back to continue my treatment! Beautologie has been nothing but AMAZING to me! Dr. Vande Van is amazing her professionalism is unmatched ! I wasn't sure about my breast augmentation size and she helped me achieve such a natural look! I explained to her what I wanted and she made it happen! I get so many compliments regarding how natural they look. My recovery process was a breeze. I was back to work within three days on light duty with no pain! My scarring is nonexistent! I was able to reach Dr.Vande Van after hours regarding concerns I had after my post op care. She was attentive and easy to get ahold to. Not only that she made me feel comfortable and went the extra mile to video chat with me to see what my concern was about. She's the sweetest and I can't wait to see her again! This is purely a review of my initial consultation for the weight loss program. My initial consult was done via Zoom with Robbin. She was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions and concerns I had regarding the program. The appointment set up was easy and clear. I also received text messages and emails after the consultation with instructions I needed to move forward. 5 stars for communication and customer service so far.

I am still making the 4 hour trip to Beautologie every few months to get my lips & Dysport done. My results are so natural that people express shock when I tell them I get these things done. I have been getting wrinkle relaxers since I was 25 and it has kept my wrinkles at bay! I am 30 but attribute my younger appearance to the skillful work they do at Beautologie. As a professional model, this is incredibly valuable to me. The staff at Beautologie always makes me feel so comfortable and at home. I love going there and plan to continue as long as I can!

I just recently had my breast augmentation done with Dr. Vande Ven. I'm almost 2 weeks postop and am loving my results so far. I like that it's really easy to get ahold of the office especially when I had questions about my recovery. The nurses are very kind and reassuring. Great experience with the Fresno office. Their staff have always been professional and pleasant with each visit I've had with them from my pre-op to my post-op appointments. Special shout out to my nurse, Maribel & my doctor, Dr. Knoetgen, during this entire process. I had fat grafting done on 7/22/24, so as I write this I am ten days post op. My surgeon was Dr. Garrett Jones, who comes in from Bakersfield to the Fresno location. The results are amazing. He placed the fat in all the places we discussed and he took into consideration a very specific problem area I had and filled that in as well. I did not have to take any pain medication and I have resumed normal life almost immediately. The office staff could not be any sweeter, working with me every step of the way to make sure I could get this done. I will be going back at the end of August for a tiny bit of botox, and at some point in the future I want one more thing, a neck lift, which I will book with Beautologie. I am actually doing a live on TikTok about my progress, and in my last live someone asked if I had turned thirty yet. Marissa my nurse that I have been seeing every visit since my post op has been super sweet, attentive and answers questions I have. If she doesn't know the answer she immediately gets back to me within a couple of hours. No complaints whatsoever since I have been a patient.

The BEST med spa in FRESNO! Benita has been working on my face for a few months now. And the face is getting brighter and smoother by the day. I cannot express how in love i am with this office! It' starts with the friendly receptionist and how comfortable and peaceful the waiting room is. There's no wait whatsoever as this office is by appointments only. I then go into the room and tells Benita what i want . Benita then assess my face and tells me what she will be doing on my face. She's beyond thorough about each step and that's what i love about her. Oh, I'll keep coming back. Don't you worry.
