About Our Surgeon
Dr. Zach Barnes is a nationally recognized aesthetic plastic surgeon known for his advanced training, surgical precision, and patient-centered care. With over 4,000 procedures performed, he is among the most experienced cosmetic surgeons in the country, specializing in transformative results for the face, breast, and body.
Dr. Barnes completed a competitive six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at Texas A&M, followed by a prestigious aesthetic surgery fellowship at The Ohio State University—one of only a select few programs endorsed by The Aesthetic Society. During his fellowship, he trained at the highest level in both surgical technique and patient care, while also serving as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery and contributing to academic research and resident education.
His expertise spans a full range of cosmetic procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lift, reduction, liposuction, mommy makeovers, and post-weight loss body contouring. He is also highly trained in facial rejuvenation, performing facelifts, neck lifts, brow lifts, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and rhinoplasty. Whether sculpting the body or refining the face, Dr. Barnes prioritizes natural-looking, balanced outcomes that align with each patient’s aesthetic vision.
Known for his thoughtful and collaborative consultation style, Dr. Barnes takes the time to understand each patient’s goals and designs personalized treatment plans with a focus on safety, education, and trust.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Barnes earned his undergraduate degree at Portland State University before attending the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. His early involvement in volunteerism and teaching helped shape his commitment to excellence and compassion—values that continue to define his surgical practice today.
