Robin was great! Her communication and follow up made it easy to set an appointment and know exactly what to expect out of the procedure. I'd highly recommend Dr.Shah. I've been to two other med spas in bakersfield, and Beautologie has been my favorite. He had great bedside manners, was present and didn't make me feel rushed when I asked my questions, and was knowledgeable on all procedures.

Staff at the SW clinic are amazing! They are welcoming and make you feel comfortable and I love that they are attentive! All the Ladies are very kind. I’ve been to KP twice now and love going to her, she is amazing, caring, listens, and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, and she does a great job!!!! I’m close to 50 and had very thin lips and wanted fuller more youthful ones but wanted them to still look natural and she got it spot on! I also appreciate the follow calls she makes to see how your doing.

My experience at Beautologie was exceptional. from the moment I walked into the office I felt at ease. The staff was warm and welcoming. The office was clean and bright. The medical staff was amazing. They were gentle and empathetic. I was very nervous about having surgery, but they explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Curtis was fantastic! He was thorough in his explanation of the surgery and attentive to what I wanted. My results far outweighed my expectation. I will definitely return to Beautologie in the future.

Marissa my nurse that I have been seeing every visit since my post op has been super sweet, attentive and answers questions I have. If she doesn't know the answer she immediately gets back to me within a couple of hours. No complaints whatsoever since I have been a patient.

I had a Mommy Makeover February of 2022 with Dr.Knotegten. I went in only knowing that I wanted my breasts to look more on the natural side at the end of this process and he definitely delivered! My breasts look very natural and are and perfectly proportioned to my body. My stomach looks amazing and the muscle repair that went along with with my tummy tuck has helped improved my back pain. Nurse Maribel was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I may have had. I did chat with someone on the website and her name was Natalie and she really followed through with me and got in contact with me after typing back and forth via the website. She really made my experience feel real. She made it feel like it was possible. She made me feel like I was worthy. . THANK YOU TO NATALIE. SHE DESERVES A RAISE*!!!! She was able to answer ANY and EVERY question that I did have and that made me feel so much more comfortable about scheduling the consult... At your first consult appointment is when they will discuss all financing options. What really needs to happen to create the body you want but not only made the entire scheduling process more comfortable I've never had plastic surgery and so I felt really defeated by having to look into it I Do live a ways from their three main offices in California. That being said, I was able to get everything done virtually including my first consultation! They're worth it. I suggest you check it out. They also do other things not only mommy makeovers plastic surgery , they also do Botox and fillers etc. Check them out

Omg! What a great place and experience. Cosmetic surgery can be scary but all of the staff made me feel so comfortable from the start. They were very supportive and thorough. I breast fed five kids so you can only imagine how they looked, saggy and deflated. Doctor Thorburn addressed all of my questions and concerns and my results were phenomena! the recovery process was a bit rough but not too much to handle. All the staff called and constantly checked on me. I don't regret any of it! Thank you soooo much Doctor Thorburn and all the staff at Beautologie!
